Exporting a call sheet PDF

Once an event’s brief, timeline, and shot lists are in shape, you can export a call sheet to print or send to clients and crew.

Exporting

1. Open the event and select Export
2. Review the generated call sheet preview
3. Select Print View to open your browser’s print dialog, or Download PDF to save it as a file

Category-aware formatting

The export is category-aware — sections and formatting adjust based on the event’s category and type, so a wedding call sheet (partner names, ceremony/reception locations, wedding party) and a commercial shoot’s call sheet (client contact, deliverables) don’t come out looking identical.

Tip

Re-export after any last-minute timeline changes — the PDF reflects whatever’s currently saved on the event, not a snapshot from when you last generated it.
