Welcome to ShutterBase

ShutterBase is a production management app for photography and videography work — built around the day-to-day of running jobs: keeping track of events, gear, shot lists, and the paperwork (call sheets, run sheets) that goes out to clients and crew.

This help center is organized around the areas of the app you’ll actually use day to day:

  • Getting Started — account setup and a tour of the dashboard
  • Events — creating events, timelines, briefs, and sharing them with clients or crew
  • Content Calendar — seeing events and content posts on one calendar
  • Gear & Inventory — tracking your kit and flagging things that need attention
  • Checklists — packing and returning gear for a shoot
  • Shot Lists & Call Sheets — planning shoots and exporting paperwork
  • Pose & Prompt Library — your personal library of posing references
  • Notifications — staying on top of upcoming events
  • Settings — your profile, security, and installing the app
