Packing & returning gear
Each checklist has two phases, shown side by side — Pre-Event Pack and Post-Shoot Return — so the same list covers a job from start to finish.
Packing
Section titled “Packing”Check off each item in the Pre-Event Pack column as you confirm it’s in your bag before heading out. The checklist’s progress bar and percentage update as you go.
Returning
Section titled “Returning”An item only becomes checkable in Post-Shoot Return once it’s been marked packed — this keeps the return list honest to what actually went out on the job. Check items off as they come back into the locker.
Execution status
Section titled “Execution status”The checklist’s overall progress combines both phases — an item only counts as fully done once it’s both packed and returned. Once every item on the list is packed and returned, the checklist shows a “Shoot Fully Secured” badge.
Unreturned gear and the dashboard
Section titled “Unreturned gear and the dashboard”If an event’s date has passed and a checklist still has items marked packed but not returned, those items surface as an alert on your dashboard — see Locker stats for how that’s combined with other gear alerts.
